Burgers
To prepare our mouth-watering beef burgers, we hand-press 8 ounces of the finest locally reared, grass-fed Scotch beef – we cook them to medium-well (therefore traces of pink may remain, please ask your server if you wish yours cooked through) for the juiciest tastiest burgers around.
Our burgers are served in freshly baked Brioche bun (supplied local by Frosts the bakers). They’re served with lettuce, tomato & skin-on fries – unless otherwise specified.

- The Dirty Spaniard£14.25Buttery Spanish Manchego cheese, sweet candied bacon, crispy fried onion strings & spicy Nduja mayo.
- Aussie Burger£13.95A true Aussie burger – cheddar cheese, egg sunny-side up, pineapple salsa, bacon & beetroot relish.
- Emperor Charlemagne£14.75Creamy Gorgonzola cheese, caramelised onions, peppery rocket & a horseradish mayo – served with garlic & rosemary skin-on fries & a side of rich Bordelaise Sauce.
- Chicken Katsu£12.95Buttermilk marinated chicken thighs are coated in crispy Panko breadcrumbs & fried – with zingy slaw, Asian mayo, Katsu curry sauce – served with Sweet potato fries.
- One Great Chicken Burger£13.25Chicken breast is chargrilled & smothered with our own delicious BBQ sauce, mushrooms & mozzarella cheese.
- Buttermilk Buffalo Chicken£12.75Buttermilk marinated chicken thighs are fried till crispy & coated in spicy buffalo sauce, served in a fresh toasted brioche bun with creamy buffalo spread, lettuce, tomato & blue cheese dip.
- Ultimate Teriyaki Chicken£13.15Chicken breast is chargrilled & topped with pineapple salsa, teriyaki sauce & mozzarella cheese.
Steak Out
Our Scotch steaks come from grass-fed cattle reared locally in the Angus area. They are Dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, before being grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven to your preference. (*approx. uncooked weight)
- Steak-Frites ‘Gaucho-style’ 9oz*£17.95A Hanger steak grilled on our Josper (med-rare) served with an Argentinian Chimichurri sauce, herb-truffle skin-on fries & a mixed green salad.
- Steak Santa Fe 8oz*£30.95A tender centre-cut 8oz fillet steak is grilled to your liking then stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, it’s served on a bed of Portobello mushrooms & finished with a rich red pepper sauce – served with a corn mash & a tortilla garnish.
- Bone-in-Ribeye 22oz*£34.50Locally reared Scotch beef left on the bone for maximum flavour – served with gourmet chunky fries, mixed green salad & Café de Paris butter.

A succulent fore-rib cut, dry-aged in Yorkes Himalayan salt chamber for a full 50 days!!
It’s left on the bone – so expect plenty of incredible marbling & massive amounts of rich, mature rib-eye flavour.

The following steaks are served with roasted vine tomatoes & garlic mushrooms, onion rings & either chunky chips or a baked potato that comes fully loaded with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream & spring onions.

- BBQ Pork Rib Dinner1/2 rack £12.95 / full rack £16.95Tender, meaty baby-back pork ribs are basted with hickory BBQ sauce & cooked low-n-slow. We then roast them in the Josper & serve with BBQ beans, roasted corn on the cob, coleslaw & chunky chips.
- Jamaican Jerked Chicken£15.95This is a lightly spiced sweet dish from the Caribbean. Chicken is flavoured with all spice, cinnamon & nutmeg then grilled. Served with mango orange BBQ sauce, grilled banana wrapped in bacon, rice & vegetables.
