To prepare our mouth-watering beef burgers, we hand-press 8 ounces of the finest locally reared, grass-fed Scotch beef – we cook them to medium-well (therefore traces of pink may remain, please ask your server if you wish yours cooked through) for the juiciest tastiest burgers around.
Our burgers are served in freshly baked Brioche bun (supplied local by Frosts the bakers).They’re served with lettuce, tomato & skin-on fries – unless otherwise specified.

Applewood smoked cheddar, 12-hour smoked pulled pork, crispy pancetta & bourbon bacon jam – served with cajun spiced skin-on fries.
Creamy Gorgonzola cheese, caramelised onions, peppery rocket & a horseradish mayo – served with garlic & rosemary skin-on fries & a side of rich Bordelaise Sauce.
Buttermilk marinated chicken thighs are coated in crispy Panko breadcrumbs & fried – with zingy slaw, Asian mayo, Katsu curry sauce – served with Sweet potato fries.

Our Scotch steaks come from grass-fed cattle reared locally in the Angus area. They are Dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, before being grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven to your preference. (*approx. uncooked weight)

A tender centre-cut 8oz fillet steak is grilled to your liking then stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, it’s served on a bed of Portobello mushrooms & finished with a rich red pepper sauce – served with a corn mash & a tortilla garnish.
Locally reared Scotch beef left on the bone for maximum flavour – served with gourmet chunky fries, mixed green salad & Café de Paris butter.

BBQ Pork Rib Dinner

Tender, meaty baby-back pork ribs are basted with hickory BBQ sauce & cooked low-n-slow. We then roast them in the Josper & serve with BBQ beans, roasted corn on the cob, coleslaw & chunky chips.
Jamaican Jerked Chicken
This is a lightly spiced sweet dish from the Caribbean. Chicken is flavoured with all spice, cinnamon & nutmeg then grilled. Served with mango orange BBQ sauce, grilled banana wrapped in bacon, rice & vegetables.
