A fillet of Loch Duart salmon is lightly seasoned and then cooked just the way you like it, blackened cajun style, or grilled to perfection on the barbie. Served with fries, salad, coleslaw and cucumber dill sauce for dipping.
Ragin’ Cajun Chicken
Strips of blackened Cajun chicken breast cooked together with sautéed bacon, mushrooms and onions in a Cajun cream sauce over gluten free pasta or rice.
