To prepare these 8oz mouth-watering beef burgers we only use the finest local Grass-Fed Scotch Beef – which we then then hand press for just the right texture. Our burgers are cooked over charcoal in the Josper at 400°C – we cook our burgers to medium-well (therefore traces of pink may remain, please ask your server if you wish yours cooked through) for the juiciest tastiest burgers around.
All our burgers are served in freshly baked brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, coleslaw & fries. (substitute sweet potato fries +£1.50)
Double up any burger to Monster size for an extra £3.75
Roo’s Leap Cheeseburger
Served with Roo’s own burger sauce & topped with lots of cheddar cheese.
Add onion, mushroom, bacon or chilli for £1/topping.
Monster Bob Burger
This is our double meat, double cheddar topped with mushrooms, onions, bacon & chilli.
One Great Chicken Burger
Char-grilled chicken breast smothered with our delicious BBQ sauce, mushrooms & mozzarella cheese.
Topped with creamy Swiss Gruyere cheese, truffled mayo, crispy prosciutto & served with truffle & parmesan chunky chips.
Smothered with our own smoky and delicious BBQ sauce, topped with crispy bacon & a blanket of melted mozzarella.
With Roquefort, the Emperor’s favourite blue cheese, and served with caramelised onions, peppery rocket & a horseradish mayo. Accompanied with garlic & rosemary shoe-string fries & a side of rich Bordelaise sauce.
