Zombie
Our signature cocktail. A powerful blend of Smith & Cross, Appleton 12 and Wray & Nephew Overproof with fresh lime, grapefruit, falernum, cinnamon and a touch of Pernod. It’s emblematic of the type of cocktails served at Beach’s bar – strong & complex with multiple ingredients & multiple rums.
Swamp Fire
Jalapeño-infused tequila, Ancho Verde and pineapple blended with homemade cilantro tincture and a touch of Chartreuse. Spicy, herbaceous and delicious.
Royal Hawaiian Mai Tai
Garrett Richard’s tropical take on the classic. Acid-adjusted pineapple juice blended with Chairman’s Legacy, Gosling’s Black Seal, orgeat, Grand Marnier and shrub. A classic Tiki staple.
Blue Leilani
Coconut-washed gin and aged white rum blended with fresh pineapple, blue curaçao and lime sherbet. Our elevated take on the classic Blue Hawaii.
Saturn
A 1950s classic from Trader Vic’s. London Dry gin blended with fresh lemon, passion fruit, orgeat and Velvet Falernum. Bright and nutty.
Piña Colada
Our signature Piña Colada is made exclusively with the legendary Coco Lopez coconut cream, harmoniously blended with premium dark rum and sweet pineapple juice. Served over crushed ice, this classic delivers a silky, well-balanced taste of the tropics.
Navy Grog
Acid-adjusted grapefruit juice blended with grog concentrate, spiced cola syrup and three aged rums, finished with aromatic allspice dram. Tangy, complex and refreshingly smooth.
Mango Tango
Vodka blended with juicy mango, fresh lime and warm spices. Sweet and smooth.
