Our Scotch steaks come from grass -fed cattle reared locally in the Angus area. They are Dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, before being grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven to your preference.
A Hanger steak grilled on our Josper (med-rare) served with an Argentinian Chimichurri sauce, herb-truffle shoe-string fries & a mixed green salad.

A tender centre-cut 8oz fillet steak is grilled to your liking then stuffed with jalapeño cream cheese, it’s served on a bed of Portobello mushrooms & finished with a rich red pepper sauce – served with a corn mash & a tortilla garnish.
Locally reared Scotch beef left on the bone for maximum flavour – served with gourmet chunky fries, mixed green salad & Café de Paris butter.
The following steaks are served with roasted vine tomatoes & garlic mushrooms, onion rings & either chunky chips or a baked potato that comes fully loaded with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream & spring onions.
